According to a survey by the MROO, most Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS) retirees are content in retirement and happy they retired when they did, reports the Benefits & Pensions Monitor.

“Respondents also recommended that retirees stay active and watch their diet to stay healthy for as long as possible,” reports The Monitor.
